Since this was during the covid pandemic I was not able to visit her. I was however keep completely apprised of my sisters progress thanks to Tanya (social worker) and Alexis (nursing supervisor). When my sister was released, both Tonya and Alexis provided me with comprehensive information regarding how followup care would be provided to her.

The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Something systemically wrong with the facility . Nurses do not properly input meds into computer causing loved ones to be in unnecessary pain. I have stayed here two times in the past 3 months. When I arrived, the first person I encountered at the desk was Rose. She is someone who communicates well and takes the time to answer all your questions. The next staff member I met was Katie, she is one of the nurses and kept me updated on my Mother’s progress. Geanine is the social worker and she provided helpful information.
